Setting Up E-Mail behind ISA 2000

I have a new W2K Advanced Server install with ISA 2000 installed as well. I do not have nor do I intend to implement Exchange Server.

How do I config e-mail services for either Outlook or Netscape clients to access our externally-hosted e-mail service?
