Setting Up New NT Server with RAID 5

I have just inherited the responsibility of setting up a replacement NT4 file server with new drives. Is there a check list of steps to do? I have configured a number of workstations and servers but not with multiple drives. I have been the backup Admin person and I am looking for a guide.Once I get started I would hate find out I sequenced the job wrong. thanks.
