My office has about 10 workstations all running on Windows NT 4.0 and we have a Workgroup. Now I have created two users per machine- the Administrator and the User. One of these machines has a printer installed with it. I want to share this printer in the network and for that I have aleady installed the printer as Shared with a sharename, but I have a problem. Al users in my office login with the User login and not Administrator, when they do so they cannot access the network printer, I have to go to individual machines and say Connect As and then rpovide the Admin username and password and only then the printer is accessibel, if the machien is shutdown then again I have to do this exercise. Please help me. Please tell m how I can share this printer one time and then it remains shared all teh time whether I shutdown and restart or whatver.
