Setup of multiple users in Win XP.

We have recently started installing Window XP professional on our very mixed network. My question is, how do we make the network printers available to all users who might log onto that PC? There are some desktop icons we would also like available toall users. We have overcome this problem by setting up a profile as we would like and then copying this profile to the All Users profile in Documents and Settings, but for some reason, the printer setup does not copy. Any ideas?
