several IP in one

Like windows 9x, we can have several IP protocol in Network.
how to set up in windows 2000 profesional and or server. if i want to have several IP with different assignment purposes. i mean i can set it for dynamic/ static ip. and i can set it for DIal up or 1 NIC or 1 server.

eg.
i want to have 1 static IP for workgroup A.
also 1 dynamic IP for workgroup B.
also i want to have 1 dynamic ip for WIndows 2000 ADS: X1.
also 1 static ip for WIndows nt Server PDC Y1.
also 1 dynamic IP for internet connection S1
also 1 static ip for internet connection S2
in one windows 2000 prof / server with 1 or 2 NIC.
Without having to re-setup to switch connection between one to another.
