shaky and flaky display on crt monitor

i riu a test network athome on whic i use i monitor for four servers. i have a problem with one of the machines the display keeps shaking, first ithought it was unclean power tried to pass the power through a line conditoner same prob and this happens on only one of the machines, any ideas will really be appreciated.. thanc in advance
