Share Broadband

I have three Machines that I would like all to have access to a Cable Broadband connection via USB

Hardware is as follows
1. PC P450 128M Ram
2. Dell laptop 1.1GHZ 128M Ram
3. 1GHZ HP laptop 128Ram

What would be faster/cheaper only HP laptop has network card presently installed.

1.To network the three and install internet sharing software.
2.Buy a Hub and use USB connections to each machine

Or is there a alternative???
