share folder disconnects after some time

I am using windows 2000 server and on client side win 98 SE. I am using a folder which is shared with users as a mapped drive. If user does not use that folder for some period of time , COnnection of that particular folder discontinues. and last option to restart the pc. then system again connects the mapped folder.

please tell me what changes are required.
