share ISP connection

My daugter and I share an office. Her system is running Win/ME and my is running Win/98. We have a the two machines networked to share data and printers. I know there is a way we can share the ISP connection so we can both be online at the same time. We use a dialup connection…no broadband. I’ve seen the instructions in a techmail (I think) but I can’t find them! Anybody out there know how to do this?
