shared emailbox in exchange server

I have Exchange server 5.5. I would like to creat E-mail box voor a group of workers where they can check the commen e-mail for that group.my goal is that evry one of them must have 2 e-mailbox,personal and the shared one.what I did is the folowing:
1-On the server i creat emailboxI named hem webstudio,In the properties (permissions tabblad) I added those users to Winnt accounts with permissions.2-I logon as user with the name webstudioand than I configured the e-mail box to give permission tothose users as owener a ccount.3-in the pc of those users I opend extra mailbox.Now I thought it will work ,,,but it did’t work….WHEY please,
