Shared Settings

I am trying to “share” internet setting s thru a proxy server on a group of XP machines (Originally 98 accross the entire network). So far the only “account” that has internet access is the one with which i performed the set up.

How do I share the general settings accross all users for a particular machine?

Or is it a case of setting new roaming profiles for all users or groups?

Even the printer wants to be reinstalled for each and every login……

I am not a total novice but between the time restrictions and the microsoft site i can’t seem to find anything.
