sharing a printer between nt and 2k

3 workstations sharing a printer (two w2k and one nt4). Printer is attached to a W2k box.

In order to print from the nt box, someone must be logged on to w2k box (the one with the shared printer).

This is not the case when printing from the other w2k box. The machine with the shared printer simply needs to be on.

Any way to get around this?
