Sharing Ram Memory with Video Memory

Hi, I recently bought a Dell Latitude C610 but it has a bad problem running any type of game that uses 3d graphics .. i was wondering if it was possible to share my ram memory with my video memory with this type of computer or if just upgrading my video card possible.
