sharing resources between schools

I need help! any IT Master or Guru, How do I share resources between three schools (eg Kurzweil)
the servers are under one domain, three separate sites, tied together with high speed connections. jr.wasse-abin.ca, pontiac.wasse-abin.ca and hs.wasse-abin.ca, any suggestions would be appreciated.
