Shortcut on program menu not work

In start up – program menu, all the shortcut not work, and show in like eg. WINDOWS EXPLORER.lnk. Once u click the shortcut, It will promt out the Open With Dialogs Box to ask for using which program to open this link. Are there any way to solve theproblem?
