Shut Down Problem

I Have Dell Model GX110. It use to be shut down with Start and sht down button. But not any more. We are using Windows NT4.0 Workstation. I tried to find out power management on internet but I didn’t find it. Could you please let me know what to do,so it will automatically shut down. Now its give me pop up screen that now its save to shut down your computer. Thanks.
