shutdown

In windows task manager, Processes; i have several svchost.exe system and svchost.exe

If i click on them and choose end process; a window pops up telling me that the system will shutdown in 1 minute. i have ran current virus programs that cannot detect any viruses even though this popup window looks like the blaster virus. how do i keep these from running automatically in the Processes field under Task Manager or are they supposed to be there?
