shutdown

Hi gang, I enabled fast shut down on my pc
now the pc is rebooting automatically at shutdown
the original problem was it would not shut down
PS,,,,,,,,,,,if any can get me this driver (cmi8330/c3d for win 98 sound card ide be gratefull if it willfit onto a floppy good if not dont bother,, thanks in advance,my email is quatrain@eircom.net
