Shutdown Scripts

Having a prob with Shutdown script(script executes fine) in a remote office (across WAN link). Domain Controller is in HQ and we have 10 small remote offices. AD is setup as:
-DOmain Name
—–HQ
—–Remote Sites
———Site A
———Site B
———ETC….

Using the Default Domain GPO. Scripts run fine in HQ, but will not run in Site A. Should run on all Domain PC’s if I am using Domain GPO right?

What could I be doing wrong? I tried the NO Override setting and it seemed to execute once. But the script has stopped running. Any ideas would be very helpful. Thanks and have a great day!
