Shutdown.exe with Windows NT server SP5

Since I applied SP5 on my NT servers, the shutdown utility does’nt work properly anymore. Instead of shutting down all the services and then rebooting, this command reboots the machines immediately and I get a message in the event log (id 6008) which indicates that the server shutdown was unexpected. Does anybody have a solution ?
