Silent IE Update

My organization is currently using IE 5.5 sp2. I want to install the latest Q fix automatically without any user intervention. There is a /Q option which does a quiet installation however when it is done, it asks if you want to reboot. Is there away to automatically answer yes or no without user intervention?
