Site not viewable internally

We have a Multi virtual site web server (IIS 4) set up with host headers identifying the sites. Our DNS is hosted externally and we have domain names (7) set up for our IP. Our firewall is a linux box with port forwarding. The sites are each viewable externally, but not internally.
