Size of Swap file

I am running a dual boot Win98SE/W2K pc and have upgraded the RAM to 384. How big should my swap file be? I have one 30gig HD partitioned the following way. 24gig for Win98SE and 6gig for W2K. I currently have the swap file on the Win98 partition however when I goto Computer Managment it lists a different size? Now should I place the swap file on the WIN98 partition or the W2K? Thanks for you help
