Slow Client

We have various 95 & 98 Clients which exhibit the same problems. Typically the machine performance will drop dramatically. We have found that if we remove NetBeui and then reinstall its performance is back to normal. Occasionally we have to remove TCP/IP and reinstall to get the same effect. Any ideas, we have Trend antivrus removal of which has no effect.
