slow login from a win2k over a LAN

hi,

i have had slow login problem from a win2k (win 2000 server) machine to my win2k server. currently about 50 users on the LAN (no WAN), and the server is the only machine running AD serves as DHCP,DNS with another NT4 domain with two way trustwith my win2k domain.

what could have cause this?
