Slow W2K User Log On

Using a 10Mbps hub with W2K Server, a new Win2K Profession workstation is taking more than 2 minutes to log on. All the other users have no problem logging on within 10 seconds. The hardware checks out and everything pings just fine. What else can Icheck to solve this problem?
