Small Business Server 2000 Event Viewer

We recently got our first SBS 2000 server in and are having some questions! The Application log keeps getting full with two different messages back to back over and over again!error Perflib……….Event 1008 and error ModemSharingprf…….Event 2002. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
