Small Network Servers

In very small, single-server networks, say 5 to 25 users, with fairly basic file and print sharing needs and moderate security, I normally use W2k Server in “workgroup” mode and not as a domain controller. In this situation am I really gaining anything by using Server or would W2K Pro fit the bill just as well?
