s.m.a.r.t failure

I have harddisk that can’t be use because of the problem detect by diagnose tool mentioned the smart is failure.

What should I do to this harddisk?
– Can this hard disk repair?
– if can what software is the best solution/suggestion to do so?
– Can the smart delete from harddsik?
