SMS 2.0 and SQL 2000 Personal Edition?

Has anyone used SQL Server 2000 Personal edition with SMS 2.0? After reading all the specs of SMS 2.0, I was thinking that SQL Server 2000 Personal Edition would be sufficient to use with SMS. I was wondering if anyone had done so before I tested it myself.
