SMS 2.0 Installation

I wish to evaluate sms2.0 but while installing i keep having the errors
cannot copy D:\smsins~1\smssetup\bin\i386\smstsvc.exe to D:\sms\bin\i386\sms\tsvc.exe
Any way aroun this please?
