SMS Advertisements scheduled interval

SMS 2.0 SP2, client.

The ODPUser32 runs at a cheduled interval of 60 minutes (default). How can I change the interval?

The ODP checks for advertisements and uses therefore the .ins files, listed in the .lkp file. If this .lkp file (like user.lkp) does not exists, what happens and how can I correct this?
