Smtp server

How can I configure SMTP SERVER IN windows 2000 server for sending and reciving of mails.
I have configure smtp it is sending mail to all the server but I am unable to recive the mail using SMTP server.
I wana recive my yahoo.com and hotmail.com emails.
but unfortunatly I am unable.
