Snap-In object ‘Group Policy’

On a Remote-Computer I wanted to add by MMC the the Snap-In object ‘Group Policy’ from another Remote-Computer in the network. By searching the Computer(s) I’ll get the error-message:
No pathes for object-selections were found.

Isn’t it possible to administer Group Policies from a Remote- to a Remote-Computer? Is it possible from the Server only
(that way we couldn’t go, because we’re running a NT 4.0-server)?
If yes, I heard of the possibility to install the needed services from the Win2K-Server-CD on Win2K-Prof (Client).

Does that solve the problem?
