SNTP on Win2K Server

I have a W2K server that I have tried to sync the on by using ‘net time /setsntp:‘ where is a valid internet domain name of a time server. But it doesn’t set it. It also doesn’t return an error. What is the proper way to sync a Win2K DC to an internet time server? I was going to do it using a batch file and scheduler. Any insight would be appreciated.
