Software Testing

I am an engineering Gradute passed out in June 2000.I was unable to get a job in Softwre becuse of the recession at that time.I choose the option of working in a BPO.Currently I have 2+ years of Non -IT Experience.But now again I want to do a career in Software Testing.Just give proper guidance to me.
