someone is getting into my computer

I know he has been hacking into my computer, because it has came out with @$%$%FS@#$#@$^% like that on a few texts I had in my hard drive. And he said and I have proof who is doing it. How do I find a IP address within AOL on this guy? Also is there any programs out there that can track this guy?? Thanks
