Sonicwall and P2P (kazza) software

Does anyone know how to block the P2P software such as Kazza, Morpheus, or bear share on a Sonicwall ProVX. I can’t seem to find what ports/services they use. While on this, does anyone have a list of ports used by those programs and others that are available for download?
