SONY GDM 500PS 21″ Color monitor problem

I have SONY GDM 500PS 21″ Color monitor. When i start my pc, it shows only green color ( characters also in green), also the picture starts distorting. Some times the green color also becomes bottle green.
Can some one help me out as I am not getting a proper technical help.
