Sound Card Left Channel Not Work

I have a Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy 2 OEM Sound Card and all of the sudden the left channel will not work. I used 2 sets of speakers to do this. When I plug in the pin all the way in the sound card, only the right works. If I pull it out about half way, right goes out and the left channel will work.
Any ideas? Thank you.
P.S. Please no comments about checking for a virus or spyware or anything of the sort.
