Sound driver problem

Hey thanks in advance for any help.

I recently Had to wipe my pc and re instal Windows Xp service pack 2 but now I have no sound when trying to connect my headphones or speakers. I had a look and its missing the driver and I cant find the disc (hand me down pc)

Its a valiant Pc with just the basic xp.

I am looking where to get the driver. thanks in advance
