SP2 can start download

Have just finished reinstalling Windows XP on my laptop, what I have is an old version, so I used windows update to update my OS. Windows update recommended SP2 to be installed, after clicking the agreement, the download window comes but the downloading seems to be not starting, however, no error is being prompt
