Spaces in filename

The FTP site at work is being illegally used as something. It has a folder called abezboard and a file called .tagged by AbezB. These are on a NT partition. I cannot delete either one. Any attempt to delete or rename creates an error “The systemcannot find the file specified”. This is probably caused by spaces in the name that are not recognized by NT. Question is : How do I delete these entries?
