Spam provider identity

I keep on continually getting SPAM which starts with web bug from:insert message

There are opt out links,but there seems to be no one main one I can just get off of the mailing list.
So I keep getting new ones ,all with opt out messages,but none with a get me off of this D@MN,friggen list.
