Speed of DDR RAM

The spec for my computer (Pavillion 5940 with 1.6 Ghz P4) says I can use PC 1600 and PC 2100 RAM. Are there problems using faster RAM? There is a special on PC 3200 RAM that looks great and would save me $$.
