Speed up my PC Gaming performance

How can I speed up my PC on gaming coz i feel kind slow like when I play MOHA and Lost planet extreme it legging. My comp set is CPU C2 duo 2.4G, ATI1650 SERIES 256 DDR3, 1G DDR800. dO I need to add RAM?
