Spool 32 Err printing from Groupwise 5.5

A computer running windows 98 gets a spool 32 error occasionally when printing from Groupwise. The error is in a dialog box that allows me to view the details of the error. When I click details, the bottom of the error window expands showing memory locations? I am not sure what the details refer to.

Were to start troubleshooting this?
