spool32 error

on my site some pc give spool32 error when the users try to print . when the printer’s folder in control panel is opened u find no printers installed . rebooting the pc shows all the printers and even printing takes place ,but how long is a questionfor after some time ,may be even 3-4 days later, it gives the same error,
is there any solution other than reinstalling the pc.
