Spool32 errors

I have a peer to peer network running windows 95/98 and some nt’s. Many of the computers are having spool32 errors in Module Kernel32.dll. I have tried reinstalling the drivers, updating the Spoolss.dll file. Is there anything else other than formating and starting from sratch. Please help!
