I have a user that has been getting the following error every time they try to print
” spool32 caused an invalid pagefault in module
I have tried the fixes that microsoft has suggested. Edited the win.ini file, put the file in the exclusion list for Mcafee, installed a fresh copy of the file, put spool32 in the startup folder. Still can not print. We are running an NT network with sp6, the client computers are win 95 and win 98 first and second edition. The printers are HP laserjet 6, and 5. The program that they are printing from is any and all. I even tried notepad and wordpad.Sometimes it will print but after the message the printers will be gone from the printers folder. The only way to get them back is to reboot the machine.
Can anyone help with this problem.
